Mountain View-based Egnyte, a provider of cloud file servers, said Tuesday that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding. The round was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers and also included prior investors Floodgate and Polaris Ventures. The new funding will go towards international expansion and engineering, sales, and marketing.
