Mountain View-based enterprise file sharing software provider Egnyte announced this morning that it has raised $29.5M in a Series D funding round. The funding came from strategic partners Seagate Technology and CenturyLink, along with Northgate Capital, Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and Polaris Partners. The company said the funding will go towards global expansion and investments in product development, sales and marketing. Egnyte is led by Vineet Jain.
