Egnyte Fires Up WIth $16M More
Mountain View-based Egnyte, a developer of cloud-based file sharing software, said today that it has raised $16M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Google Ventures, and also included prior investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Polaris Ventures. Google's Karim Faris joins the company's board as part of the funding. The funding will go towards sales, marketing, and development.
