Prodiance Acquired By Microsoft
Pleasanton-based Prodiance, a developer of audit and enterprise risk management software, has been acquired by Microsoft, Microsoft announced Tuesday. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Prodiance wil lbecome a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft. Prodiance devleops software used to audit and track changes in spreadsheets, Access Databases, and other Microsoft documents; Microsoft said the firm's technology will be integrated into future version of Office and SharePOint.
