LiveLoop Acquired By Microsoft
San Francisco-based LiveLoop, a developer of document collaboration software which works with Microsoft Office, has ben acquired by Microsoft. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. According to ZDNet, Microsoft has confirmed the acquisition. LiveLoop was venture backed by New Enterprise Associates, Columbus Nova Technology Partners, and others.
