Spreaker, an online service which allows users to syndicate and record audio content to mobile, web, and other channels, said today that it has raised $1.1M in an angel funding round, and set up an office in San Francisco. The firm, which was started in Italy, said the round came from Zernike Meta Ventures and Italian Angels for Growth. The funding will go towards sales and marketing. The firm's CEO and Founder is Francesco Baschieri. The firm's new offices are on Pier 38.
