Vulog, a developer of software for car rental companies, car manufacturers, and other "mobility" companies to enable ride sharing, car sharing, and other similar services, has raised $20M in a Series B funding. The company said it has opened up an office in San Francisco as a result of the funding. The funding came from Frog Capital (UK), Inven Capital (Czech Republic), plus Bpifrance (France) and ETF Partners (UK). Vulog, which was founded in 2006, is based in France.
