Berkeley Transportation Systems Acquired
Berkeley-based Berkeley Transportation Systems, a developer of software used to measure stops, delays, and travel time in transportation systems, has been acquired by Santa Ana, California-based Iteris. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Berkeley Transportation Systems was headed by Karl Petty, who founded the firm in 1998.
