Pogoplug Launches Cloud Storage Service
San Francisco-based Pogoplug said today that it has launched a new, cloud-based storage service aimed at helping mobile users store and share information. PogoPlug said it is offering 5GB for free to mobile users, who can use the site to store photos, videos, and other information in the cloud. The firm's app run on iOS and Android. Pogoplug is backed by Foundry Group, Softbank and Morgan Stanley.
