Cisco have all backed a maker of open source system and server administration software,
Puppet Labs. Puppet Labs said today that it has raised $8.5M in a Series C round, which came from the three, as well as prior investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, True Ventures, and Radar Partners, and Gene Kim (Tripwire). Puppet Labs develops IT management tools, and is based in Portland, Oregon.
