Adobe Completes Fotolia Buy
San Jose-based Adobe said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Fotolia, the online provider of stock photography, video, and images. Adobe had originally announced the acquisition back in December of 2014. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced by the companies. Fotolia had been backed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co and TA Associates, and was based in New York.
