Global Digital Solutions Acquires KRS Construction
Folsom-based Global Digital Solutions, a provider of telecom engineering and consulting services, said today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Sacramento-based KRS Construction, provider of underground construction services for telecom carriers. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Both serve the telecom market with their services.
