eBay Sells Rent.com
Online auction site eBay has sold its Rent.com subsidiary to PRIMEDIA, PRIMEDIA announced Thursday afternoon. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. PRIMEDIA said the move will bolster its line of apartment and rental home resources. Rent.com had been acquired by eBay in 2004, in a deal worth $415M.
