Bleacher Report Acquired By Time Warner
San Francisco-based Bleacher Report, the online sports site, has been acquired by Time Warner in a deal worth somewhere under $200M. The acquisition was made by Time Warner's Turner Broadcasting unit. Bleacher Report was headed by Brian Grey, and raised around $40M from such investors as Hillsven Capital, Transcoast Capital, and others.
