Engine Yard Gets Backing From Oracle
San Francisco-based Engine Yard, a developer of cloud software used for deploying and configuring apps built on Ruby, PHP, and Node.js, has scored funding from Oracle, the two said today. Size of the investment was not disclosed. Oracle said the strategic minotiry investment comes in conjunction with a deal to work closely to provide solutions to cloud application developers.
