Capsilon Buys DocVelocity
San Francisco-based Capsilon, a developer of cloud-based document sharing and related products for mortgage lenders, has acquired DocVelocity, a document imaging business for mortgage lenders, from Flagstar Bancorp. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Flagstar said the deal included the assets and operations of DocVelocity, whose technology was developed by Capsilon.
