Capsilon Gets Backing From Francisco Partners
San Francisco-based Capsilon Corporation, which develops cloud-based software for the mortgage industry, said today that it has received an investment from Francisco Partners. Size of the investment was not announced. Capisolon develops products used by mortgage lenders, investors, and servicers, to manage mortgage processes and workflows. The company is led by Sanjeev Malaney. Capsilon was advised by GCA Savvian Advisors, LLC and Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, LLP in the deal; Raymond James & Associates and Kirkland & Ellis, LLP advised Francisco Partners.
