San Francisco-based
Gild, which is developing technology to help recruiters assess the skills of software developers, said Wednesday that it has raised $8M in a series A funding round. The round was led by Baseline Ventures, and also included SAP Ventures, Globespan Capital Partners, and Mark Kvanne. Gild develops software and algorithms which help find job candidates for companies, by evaluating their development skills, public code, and contributes to developer forums.
