Pramati Snags WaveMaker From VMWare

, which provides software engineering services and incubation services, said today that it has acquired certain assets of
WaveMaker
from
VMware
. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. WaveMaker was a developer of a rapid, application development and prototyping software for Java applications. WaveMaker had been acquired by VMware in March of 2011. WaveMaker's software uses a "drag-and-drop" interface to make it easier to build Java applications.
