Autodesk Acquires Qontext Software
San Francisco-based Autodesk said this morning that it has acquired the Qontext enterprise social collaboration software from Pramati Technologies. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Autodesk said it has acquired Qontext's technology and development team, and will use it to bolster its Autodesk 360 cloud-based service. Pramati Technologies is based in India.
