SolarCity Buys Paramount Solar
San Mateo-based SolarCity has acquired solar marketing company Paramount Solar<.b>, from Paramount GR Holding. Paramount Solar was majority owned by direct marketing giant Guthy-Renker. The deal is worth $120M, including $116.3M in stock plus cash. SolarCity said the deal will help bolster its direct marketing and sales organization.
