Shutterfly Buys R&R Images
Redwood City-based Shutterfly is extending its manufacturing capability, with the acquisition of custom printing company R&R Images, the company announced Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. R&R Images was based in Phoenix, Arizona. Shutterfly said the move comes as it is making making additional strategic investments in its manufacturing footprint.
