Boreal Genomics Gets $18M For Cancer Profiling

Boreal Genomics
, a developer of scientific equipment used to detect and monitor mustations in plasma due to cancer, said last week that it has raised $18M in a Series C funding round. The funding came from Arch Venture Partners, Kearny venture Partners, as well as others. The funding said it will use the funding to expand commercial operations, scale its laboratory capabilities, and other expansion efforts. The round also included new, undisclosed strategic and private investors. The firm is led by Nitin Sood.
