Box Raises $150M Ahead Of IPO
Los Altos-based online cloud storage service provider Box disclosed Monday that it had raised $150M in a funding round, even while the company is in IPO registration. The new funding came from private equity investors TPG and Coatue Management. The new funding values the company at around $2.4 billion.
