Blackhawk Network Buys CardLab
Pleasanton-based Blackhawk Network said this morning that it has acquired CardLab, an online provider of customized, prepaid incentive and rewards cards. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. CardLab was based in Dallas, Texas. Blackhawk Network said it expects the acquisition to be earnings neutral to its financial results for the remainder of fiscal 2014.
