Blackhawk Network Buys Achievers Corp.
Pleasanton-based Blackhawk Network, which helps companies manage and distribute gift cards, prepaid telecom, and other financial products, says it has acquired Achievers Corp.. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Achievers helps manage employee recognition and rewards programs. Blackhawk Networks said it will be finacing the purchase using cash on hand.
