San Francisco-based Fuel, a developer of SDKs and platforms for helping mobile game developers make their games more engaging, has raised $3.5M in a funding round. The funding came from Middle East Venture Partners and Rising Tide Fund. Fuel is led by Mikhael Naayem, and previously was known as Grantoo.
