News Corp. Buys Move Inc. For $950M
San Jose-based real estate site operator Move, Inc. has been acquired by News Corp. in a $950M acquisition deal, the two said this morning. Move will remain headquartered in San Jose, and will become an operating business of News Corp. The companies said that News Corp. will pay $21.00 per share of publicly held Move, in a deal expected to complete sometime next year.
