, a provider of MEMs-based, analog semiconductor chips used for timing, has been acquired by
Megachips
. The deal was worth $200M in cash. The deal had been announced in October. According to the firms, SiTime will retain its name and continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Megachips.
