Augmedix Gets $16M To Bring Google Glass To Healthcare

said this morning that it has raised $16M in a Series A funding, to bring healthcare applications to Google Glass. The funding was co-led by Emergence Capital and DCM Ventures, both of whom were seed investors in the company. Augmedix develops electronic health records (EHR) software which runs on Google Glass, and is led by Ian Shakil. The startup has now raised a total of $23M.
