, the developer of electrochromic glass, which can adjust the amount of sunlight coming through a glass element electronically, has scored $60M in funding from strategic partner
Corning Incorporated
. Corning and View announced a strategic development agreement today, to develop dynamic glass technologies for architectural applications. As part of the funding, Dr. Jeffrey W. Evernson of Corning will join the View's board of directors. View was formerly known as Soladigm.
