IXYS Acquires RadioPulse
Milpitas-based power semiconductor developer IXYS Corporation said earlier this week that it has acquired RadioPulse, a Seoul, Korea-based developer of ZigBEE and RF semiconductors. IXYS said it would pay $16.5M in cash, plus up to $6M in earn out, for RadioPulse.
