App Annie Buys Mobidia
San francisco-based App Annie, the startup developing mobile analytics software for app developers, has acquired mobile measurement startup a href="http://www.mobidia.com">Mobidia. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. App Annie is venture backed by Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), Sequoia Capital, Greycroft Partners and IDG Capital Partners, and recently raised a big $55M round. The company is led by Bertrand Schmitt. Mobidia was based in Vancouver, Canada, where App Annie will open up a new office and hire Mobidia's 30 employees.
