AppScotch Acquired By App Annie
AppScotch, a developer of data analytics tools for mobile app advertisers and marketers, has been acquired by App Annie, the two said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AppScotch provides in-app data to those advertisers. App Annie said the acquisition is its third acquisition in two years. App Annie is led by Bertrand Schmitt.
