App Annie Finds $63M
San Francisco-based App Annie, which develops software used by mobile app developers for app analytics, has raised $63M more in funding, the company said today. The funding was led by Greenspring Associates, which took a majority equity investment in the company, along with e.Ventures, Greycroft Partners, Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) and Sequoia Capital. App Annie is led by co-founder Bertrand Schmitt. Zach Nelson of NetSuite joins the company's board as part of the funding.
