Fuze Raises $20M, Acquires LiveMinutes
San Francisco-based Fuze, which develops cloud-based video conferencing and meeting software, said today that it has raised $20M in a funding round, and acquired fellow San Francisco startup LiveMinutes. The funding came from Hermes Growth Partners. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. LiveMinutes is a developer of cloud-based team collaboration software. Fuze is led by Bobby Yerramilli-Rao.
