Fuze Acquired By ThinkingPhones
San Francisco-based Fuze, a provider of cloud-based videoconferencing services, has been acquired by ThinkingPhones>, the two said this morning. Fnancial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Fuze was venture backed by Index Ventures, Insight Venture Partners, Hermes Growth Partners, and Khosla Ventuures. The company was led by David Obrand, and was previously known as Callwave and Fuze Box.
