Responding to the loud chorus of criticism over the lack of women and minorities in the technology industry,

, will complement an existing, $300M initiative which it launched in January to help bolster women and minorities in the U.S. workforce. The new
Intel Capital Diversity Fund
said it has already made four investments, in San Francisco-based Brit + Co; Miami-based CareCloud; San Francisco-based Mark One; and Salt Lake City-based Venafi.
