Wish Buys Lockett
San Francisco-based Wish said today that it has acquired fellow San Francisco startup Lockett. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Wish said that Yunha Kim, CEO and founder of Lockett, will join the company as part of the acquisition. Lockett developed software which placed news and other personalized content on a user's smartphone lock screen. Wish develops social shopping and e-commerce software for mobile phones. Lockett had raised $3.2M in funding from such investors as Tyra Banks and Turner Broadcasting.
