Good Technology Acquired By BlackBerry For $425M
Sunnyvale-based Good Technology, which develops mobile device management software, has been acquired by BlackBerry, in a deal worth $425M, the companies said Friday morning. BlackBerry said it would pay the $425M in cash, and that it expects to add around $160M in revenues from the deal next year. BlackBerry was advised by J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the deal.
