Intel Sells Havok Software To Microsoft
Intel has sold Havok Software, a developer of 3D physics engines for the videogame industry, to Microsoft, Havok said Friday. Financial details of the sale were not annoucned by the companies. Havok said it will continue to offer up its 3D physic engine to third party game developers, in addition to providing the 3D engine for Microsoft's own games.
