H.I.G. Capital Buys HelpSystems
San Francisco-based private equity investor H.I.G. Capital said very early this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Eden Prarie, MN-based HelpSystems, a provider of systems and network management and related services. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. H.I.G. Capital joined with Split Rock Partners in the acquisition. H.I.G was advised by both Everore and Credit Suisse in the deal.
