Kiwi Acquired By SGN
Palo Alto-based Kiwi Inc., a developer of Android videogames, has had its team acquired by SGN, SGN said today. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Kiwi Inc. was venture backed by Sequoia Capital, Northgate Capital, and DFJ. Exact structure of the acquisition was unclear, but SGN said it would be staffing its Palo Alto studio with veteran Kiwi engineers, artists, designers and producers.
