SOLiD Acquires REACH Holdings
South Korean-based wireless equipment manufacturer SOLiD Inc., which has its U.S. headquarters in Sunnyvale, said it has acquired REACH Holdings, its exclusive U.S. distributor of its products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. REACH Holdings was based in Oregon. SOLiD said the acquisition will help it expand its North American presence.
