Maximum Games Acquires Avanquest Software
Walnut Creek-based videogame publisher Maximum Games said this week that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire Avanquest Software Publishing, a UK-based developer and publisher of videogames. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Maximum Games will help it expand in Europe. Both companies develops console and PC video games.
