Helpshift Snags $23M For Mobile Customer Support
San Francisco-based Helpshift, which develops software to help companies provide customer service on mobile devices, is announcing this morning that it has raised $23M in a Series B funding. The funding included Microsoft Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, as well as Intel Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, True Ventures and Visionnaire Ventures. The company says it has now raised $36.2M in total. Helpshift is led by Abinash Tripathy.
