Squelch Snags $8M To Improve Customer Support
Redwood City-based Squelch, a developer of software to help provide optimization of customer support and customer success teams, has raised $8M in a Series A funding, the company said this morning. The funding came from Shasta Ventures and Correlation Ventures. Squelch was founded by Jayaram Bhat (CEO), Giorgina Gottlieb (VP of Marketing), and Ilan Raab (VP of Engineering).
