Helpshift Scores Funding From Cisco

Helpshift
, which develops in-app, customer support software, said last week that it has added Cisco Investments as part of its Series B funding round. Size of the additional funding was not announced. The company had previously raised funding from Intel Capital, Microsoft Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures in its Series B funding. The two also said Cisco and Helpshift will work together to integrate Helpshift's customer support solutions with Cisco's contact center solutions. Helpshift is led by CEO and co-founder Abinash Tripathy.
