Shipt Snags $20M For Grocery Delivery
San Francisco-based online grocery marketplace

said today that it has raised $20.1M in a Series A funding, which came from Greycroft Partners, Harbert Growth Partners and e.ventures. Shipt, which offers up delivery from local grocery stores for $99 a year, says the funding will go to scale its business to new markets, develop additional partnerships with leading grocery retailers and invest in its team. The company is led by Bill Smith.
