, a developer of networking technology installed into energy-efficient LED lights for municipalities, said it has acquired
Eutecus
, a developer of embedded software and configurable processors. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Eutecus was based in Berkeley. Sensity Systems said it had been working with Eutecus in development of its "Smart City" networking platform, which helps provider Internet-of-Things connectivity, enabled through LED lighting retrofits using its equipment.
